London, 12 December 2007 – On 6 December 2007, Mr Olisa agreed to be a non-executive director of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation Plc (ENRC) and on 12 December 2007 ENRC was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at which point Mr Olisa's appointment became effective.

Ken Olisa is a serving non-executive director of Reuters Group PLC and as such Reuters Group PLC is obliged to update, via the Regulatory News Service, any change to Mr Olisa's directorships of other publicly quoted companies.
