Simon Paris has been the Chief Executive Officer of Unit4, a company that provides enterprise cloud applications for organizations, since February 2025. Prior to that, he was chief executive officer of Finastra, a global financial technology (fintech) provider, from 2018 to January 2025. Simon joined Finastra (previously Misys) as president in 2015 and served as its chief sales officer before being appointed deputy CEO in 2017 and CEO in 2018. Simon previously worked at SAP from 2007 to 2015, where he held a number of senior leadership positions. Simon was also previously a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company. Simon has a Bachelor of Arts from the European Business School and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
