Thomson Reuters Acquires Serengeti Law
Leading matter management system to expand Thomson Reuters suite of offerings to corporate legal departments worldwide
EAGAN, Minn. – Thomson Reuters, the world’s leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, today announced that it has acquired Serengeti Law, the most widely used and highest-rated matter management system for corporate legal departments. The business will be aligned with the Corporate, Government & Academic business unit within Thomson Reuters Legal, under the direction of Mike Suchsland, president. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal will further the Thomson Reuters vision to become a leading provider of legal workflow solutions to corporate legal departments worldwide, while expanding the Serengeti platform.
